How to install refind, boot manager in MacOS

Tested duaboot MACOS and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

- Download refind
https://sourceforge.net/projects/refind/

- Disable System Integrity Protection

1, Restart Computer
2, While your computer is restarting hold down Command-R (⌘R). This will start your computer in Recovery mode.
3, After your computer restarted, click on the Utilities menu and select Terminal.

4, Enter command: csrutil disable

5, Restart computer normally

- Install Refind

1, Uncompress the Refind zip

2, open Terminal and navigate in to folder uncompress Refind folder

3, enter command: ./refind-install

- Enable System Integrity Protection

1, Restart Computer
